I can see myself watching my mother and grandmother preparing the delicious dishes of our home and sharing the recipes on our large, convivial family tables.
After 20 years of rich experience in traditional cuisine, I wanted to bring back to the forefront the talents and flavors of French cuisine from all our regions, with authentic recipes concocted in a warm, inspiring and immersive setting.
At La Cantine de Jo, we take up the challenge of savoring traditional French dishes while leaving you free to compose your own plate at any time of day. Even those in a hurry can enjoy a good beef bourguignon!
